Try these in a circuit with 15 reps of each.I’m typically not one to complain about things like trophies. Bring your bent knees up toward your chest and repeat. Sit perpendicular to the bench and lean back holding the bench about shoulder width apart. Still focused on abs? Try knee tucks on the bench. Keep your knees bent throughout the movement by bring your knees to your chest and your back secured. Again on your back with your knees hanging over the edge feet touching the floor. ![]() Another ab workout you can try is reverse crunch. This hip raising action will tighten your core all the way through. Then, bring your legs vertical and straight while slightly raising your hips. Start by holding the top of the bench with your hands for balance. This tough ab workout will strengthen your core which helps tone those lower abs. The first type of ab workout you can try on the bench is the toe to ceiling hip raise. I usually do abs every chance I have whether it’s on the floor, on the cable machine or on the bench.
